1. AI Voice Agent Disclosure
CAMI provides an AI-driven voice agent. You acknowledge and agree that your clients, subcontractors, and leads will be interacting with an automated Artificial Intelligence bot, not a human. It is your responsibility to ensure this complies with any local communication regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. AI Accuracy & Liability Limitation
CAMI utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to summarize calls, extract data, and converse with callers based on the documents you provide. While we employ strict guardrails, AI can occasionally generate incorrect, misleading, or "hallucinated" information.
Important: You agree that CAMI is a communication tool, not an engineering, legal, or safety authority. You agree that CallCami, Inc. is not liable for project errors, financial losses, or compliance failures resulting from actions taken based on AI-generated summaries or conversations. Critical project information should always be verified independently.
3. SMS & Communication Program
By opting in, you agree to receive automated informational text messages (including call summaries and alerts) from CAMI. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies directly based on your incoming call volume. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP".
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to only use CAMI for standard business operations. You may not upload documents containing sensitive personal health information (HIPAA) or highly classified government data unless explicitly authorized in writing by CallCami, Inc.
