Your data is strictly used to provide and improve the CAMI service:
- To answer incoming calls using context specific to your business.
- To send you SMS and email summaries, account notifications, and project updates.
- To facilitate calendar scheduling (e.g., via Calendly integrations).
3. AI Training & Data Isolation
The documents and data you upload are siloed to your specific tenant. We do not use your private business documents or call transcripts to train our foundational models or share them with other users on the platform.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or business data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We only share data with essential infrastructure partners (e.g., Twilio for telephony) required to operate the service.
